Russell has been in the ICT industry since 1975. He had a lengthy career with Telstra installing all forms of Telephone Exchange Equipment. He has a Certificate in Electronics & Communications and in 1992 completed a Bachelor of Business.
Russell has been a long-standing member of the Toowoomba Business Networkers a business referral generating group - being the group's leader in 2015. Tony Winter currently represents CCS at TBN.
